ABOUT TWC Interiors

My name is Amy, I am the creator of The Whole Child Interiors. I am a primary school teacher with over ten years experience and still absolutely love teaching; the joy, the challenges and the rewarding experience it brings on a daily basis. I'm not sure I will ever tire of that!

After having my son just over a year ago and being on maternity leave, I have discovered my love of all things interior design. My colleagues would probably say they saw this spark in me many years ago, funnily enough. Every opportunity to make my classroom as engaging and beautiful as possible I took, in particular, during my 7 years in a K-2 setting.

My teaching philosophy (and I guess life philosophy really!) has always incorporated the importance of the environment in one's life; which has led me to creating The Whole Child Interiors. 

I would love to help you create something special for the special people in your life; your children. Something that makes me a little different to other interior designers is my educational background. Your spaces will not only look beautiful, they will also support your child's development.

My goal is to encourage learning, spark creativity and interest, develop language and motor skills through play, through these spaces. And a bonus....They will look amazing in your home.
